Brad was so thorough, and he explained everything as he was doing it, which made it so easy to understand and follow along. He was also so kind and amazing to work with, and just did a fantastic job. The experience from start to finish was excellent, from the customer service rep who took my call and scheduled the appointment to Jacob, the service technician who completed the hot water heater installation. He was able to provide same-day service on Black Friday. Within 2 hours of my call for help, I had a service technician at my house. Jacob was not only extremely professional and polite but also highly knowledgeable and skilled. Both Jacob and the customer service representative were patient, answered all my questions, and worked with me to get the best deal.
